About 15 degrees warmer today made for a much lighter feeling run, no need for tights or too many layers. Update on the ankle is that it is healing very well and I have regained almost all functionality, but it is definitely still a bit tender. I tried to jump for my daughter the other day and it definitely gave me some warning pains. The great news is I can run freely and feel like my stride is back to normal. For a while there I was really hesitant with it, but now I’m not afraid to push the pace just a little bit. I’m ready to start racking up the miles again.
