Finished up this week with over 50 miles! I liked that during the day I was thinking I only have to run 6 miles tonight. That is a good thing, mentally after putting in some 8’s and then 12, makes 6 just seem short. I’m happy with that. Well it wasn’t the easiest run just because of the hills but the legs were relatively responsive enough for some sub 6:30 pace towards the end to make up for it. The plan is to start incorporating hill intervals soon, but with just trying to up the mileage I’m going to do it whenever the mood strikes me and focus more on getting in the training.
